Job Description

Who we are looking for:

The role is responsible for developing multi-channel digital campaign strategies that deliver results at every stage of the funnel.  You’ll spend each day working with a small internal team and agency focused on delivering industry-leading results, and best-in-class user experience for current and new donors, volunteers and clients alike.  You will be required to:

  • Provide critical insights, managing reporting frameworks, identifying campaign opportunities and optimisations in collaboration with other business units.
  • Track and optimise landing page conversions with the content team, ensuring alignment between in-platform trends and the destination page content.
  • Lead marketing automation best practice through developing a deep understanding and familiarity with our systems, mapping additional requirements, then managing delivery.
  • Help determine journey builds and how they integrate with paid campaign activity, ensuring a seamless experience across digital channels to drive new client and donor acquisition as well as upsell and cross-sell of services/ donations.
  • Manage budget, timelines and processes looking for ways to streamline workflow and improve cost, speed and quality.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform changes.
  • Work with the other areas of the organisation to design campaigns and report back on performance

  • Acting as a central point for all departments to ensure cross collaboration and seamless communication

  • Search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Digital analytics
  • Web data & content population
  • Journey build and management

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience (4 years) in a similar Digital Marketing, Campaign Management or Activations role. 
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing across social, google and programmatic.
  • Experience on tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Salesforce and Meta Business Manager.  Ideally Active Campaign or Campaign Monitor to demonstrate email campaign experience. CMS experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how digital marketing fits into broader business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
